Authorities in Camden County are investigating after two infants were found dead this morning in their apartment. It happened at The Pine Apartments at 550 Bilper Avenue in Lindenwold, NJ. The 911 call came in around 8 a.m. The woman on the phone told dispatchers, "My twins are purple. They're not breathing!" She told the operator she was attempting CPR, but it was not working. The twins are 7-months old, no word on the sex. The woman, who is apparently the mother, was taken by police. Neighbors say she was visibly distraught and crying out loud. The cause of death has yet to be determined. The Camden County Prosecutor's Office is investigating.

UPDATE: The infants have been identified as twin girls.

A hazmat incident at Vineland High School sent seven people to the hospital this morning. It happened around 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at the school in Cumberland County, New Jersey. Five students and two teachers who were taken to the hospital for observation. A chemical odor was coming from a second floor science lab. Officials are trying to determine the source of the odor. The school was evacuated as a precaution. About 1,000 students attend Vineland.

Philadelphia District Attorney Seth Williams will be arraigned in federal court Wednesday afternoon. The hearing is scheduled for 2 pm. He is charged with 23 counts of corruption including bribery, extortion and wire and honest services fraud. Williams is accused of taking around $160,000 worth of gifts in exchange for official actions and prosecutorial favors. He received gifts such as vacations, airfare, jewelry, furniture, a car, and cash. He then helped those people get reduced jail time or even skirt airport security. Earlier this year, Williams was fined by the Philadelphia Ethics Boards for failing to properly report those gifts. Several top officials including Mayor Kenney are calling on Williams to resign. Williams is expected to plead not guilty.

UPDATE: Williams pled not guilty. He was released on $50,000 bail.
