According to a local Syrian man, family members who arrived on a flight from Doha, Qatar, at Philadelphia International Airport this morning were briefly detained by Customs and Border Protection officials and then sent back on a return flight. Joseph Assali of Allentown says his six family members from Syria, which included two brothers, their two wives, and two children, arrived on a Qatar Airways flight at 7:25 a.m. Saturday. The Christian family had supposedly gone through years of vetting and obtained their visas to travel to the United States. On Friday, President Donald Trump signed an executive order temporarily restricting travel from Syria, Iraq, Iran, Sudan, Libya, Somalia and Yemen for 90 days. Airport and Customs officials have not commented. Two travelers from Iraq were detained at JFK airport in New York City. One was released, the other obtained consul. Protestors are currently at JFK and protests are planned for PHL tonight. Watch live video of JFK below.

UPDATE: A judge ruled today that no refugees should be put back on planes and sent back to danger after ACLU petition.

Authorities in Bucks county have identified the teenage boy killed in an ATV accident Friday evening. 13-year-old Gianni Forte was killed and another 13-year-old was critically injured. It happened around 6 p.m. Friday on Bensalem Boulevard in Bensalem. Forte was driving the four-wheel ATV along the road with his friend as a passenger on the back when they broadsided a car as it turned in front of them. Forte was not wearing a helmet and was pronounced dead at the scene. His passenger was wearing one and was taken to Aria-Torresdale Hospital and then transported to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia in critical condition. The ATV did not have its lights on. The 60-year-old driver of the car stopped at the scene. He suffered minor injuries. No charges have been filed. Police say that dirt bikes and ATVs have been problem in the area.

Philadelphia Police are looking for the public's help in finding a missing West Philadelphia boy. 10-year-old Rashann (Judah) Height-Lee was last seen around 4:30 p.m. Friday afternoon on the 200 block of Farson Street riding a red bicycle. He is 4'11", 105 lbs; with dark complexion, brown eyes and short brown hair; he's also blind in his right eye. He was last seen wearing a gray puffy coat, a gray shirt and blue jeans. Anyone with information is asked to call the police at 215-686-3183 or call 911. See photo below.
