Burlington County police are trying to identify a suspect wanted for exposing himself in front of teenage girls and women in South Jersey. They have released a sketch of the suspect who is otherwise described as being a white male, completely naked except for sneakers, clean shaven, excessively hairy, and chubby. The latest incident happened on December 30th in the area of Westerly Drive in Evesham Township. The suspect drove past a group of teen girls in a black Jeep with white decal on the rear window. He proceeded to get out and run at the girls naked. They ran away and he drove off. Another incident happened on December 21st in Medford Township on Huntington Circle Drive. A woman walking reported seeing the man get out of his car naked and look in some trash cans. No one was been injured in any of these incidents, but police want the public to be aware and keep an eye out. If you have any information contact either Medford Township Police Department: 609-267-8300 or Evesham Township Police Department: 856-983-1116.

Crews responded to a the scene of a large water main break in Northeast Philadelphia this afternoon. A 16-inch main broke on the on the 11000 block of Millbrook Road around 2 pm. Water gushed into the streets and flooded the basements of several homes on the block. The Philadelphia Water Department was able to shut off the water and began pumping water from residents' cellars. PECO and the fire department also responded. An investigation into the cause of the break is underway.

Four people in Chicago have been charged with hate crimes in connection with an assault broadcast live on Facebook. The victim is a white suburban male with "mental health challenges" according to police. The four charged are black. They have been identified as 18-year-old Jordan Hill of Carpentersville, 18-year-old Brittany Covington of Chicago, 18-year-old Tesfaye Cooper of Chicago, and 24-year-old Tanishia Covington of Chicago. They have also been charged with aggravated battery, kidnapping, aggravated unlawful restraint, and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. Three are also charged with burglary. The incident lasted up to 2 days and the victim was beaten, threatened, bound, and cut. Police say that the suspects can be heard making "terrible racist statements" and using profanities about "white people" and President-elect Donald Trump. Authorities initially believed the victim was targeted because he has "special needs." He was found by police on Monday just walking on a street "in distress" and taken to the hospital.
