Upper Darby police announced that they have arrested two women in connection to a hot coffee attack in a Wawa. It happened on Thursday night at the convenience store on the 400 block of South 69th Street. Three women were involved in the attack. One of the women threw a 24 oz cup of hot coffee on three Wawa employees who were working at the deli counter. The women left laughing. Surveillance cameras caught pictures of two on the women. Tips from the public helped identify those two women and led to their arrest. They are searching for the third women involved. Wawa workers said that these women are always in the store causing trouble. A motive for the incident is not yet known. Anyone with information is asked to contact Upper Darby police.

One person is dead and five are injured after a two-vehicle crash in Burlington County on Friday evening. It happened along Rt. 70 between Medford-Evesham and Hartford Roads in Medford, New Jersey, just before 6 p.m. At least one person was taken to the hospital via helicopter and several other ambulances were on scene. The road was closed in both directions as the accident was cleared. Police are still investigating the cause of the crash.

Todd Fisher, brother of Carrie Fisher and son of Debbie Reynolds, announced today that his mother and sister will be buried together. They will also have a joint funeral. A date for the service has not been set, but it will be private. They will be buried at Forest Lawn-Hollywood Hills cemetery. 60-year-old Carrie suffered a heart attack while flying from London to Los Angeles last Friday, December 23rd. She was rushed to the hospital from the airport upon landing and died in the hospital on Tuesday. 84-year-old Reynolds passed away on Wednesday from an apparent stroke the day after Fisher died. The family is contemplating a public memorial, but no plans have been finalized.
