Former Phillies' Shortstop Jimmy Rollins just signed a minor league deal with the San Fransisco Giants. The Giants will be his third team in three years after spending 15 years on the Phillies. The Phillies traded Rollins back in December of 2014 for a pair of minor league players. Since then Rollins has been on the Los Angeles Dodgers and the Chicago White Sox. As a Phillie, Rollins was a three time All Star, National League MVP in 2007, and had four Gold Glove Awards. Reports state that the deal will pay Rollins $1 million if he makes the Giants' Major League Roster.

The Flyers 10-game win streak is now over after they lost to the Dallas Stars 3-1 on Saturday night. Stars' Adam Cracknell scored the tie breaking goal off of a rebound in the third period, which eventually led the Stars to their victory. Goals were also scored by Radek Faksa, and Jordie Benn, as well as 31 blocks by Star's goalie Antti Niemi, including three of the stops during a Flyer power play in the last minutes of the game. The Flyers hope to recover their streak tonight as they take on the Predators. Flyers General Manager Ron Hextall stated "I think we've got a lot of work to do I'm really interested to see (Monday) because typically when you come off of one of these (streaks) you really want to respond the right way. Every game's important, but this is an important game, not necessarily win or loss, but in terms of how we play, the effort, the focus that's there. Human nature is that we're a little disappointed and we come back and maybe there's a letdown."

76ers Center and Power Forward Nerlens Noel met with Head Coach Brett Brown on Saturday after stating he didn't feel he was getting enough playing time. Noel played in his second game of the season on Friday against the Lakers after missing the beginning of the season because he underwent knee surgery in October. Noel stated on Friday after the game "I think I'm too good to be playing eight minutes," Noel said Friday night. "That's crazy. Need to figure this s--- out." Brown decided to meet with Noel on Saturday before Sunday's game so they could be on the same page, Noel stated: "We had a conversation. He kept it more real with me, so I respect him a little more for that, you see some things with more insight, and you handle it how you want to, and just handle it the right way." Noel was benched on the Sixers 108-107 win Sunday night against the Nets, Brown stated "He hasn't been part of us, I don't believe at this moment (playing Noel) is best for our team."
