A 20-year-old man was shot and killed early Sunday morning in an apartment in Chester. The shooting happened on the 2100 block of 3rd Street. Police say several suspects came into the apartment where the victim was with his mother. One of the suspects opened fire on the victim, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The mother of the victim was not injured. The suspects fled after the shooting, and so far no arrests have been made. Police are still searching for the suspects motive.

An appeals court has now lifted the ban on mobile taxi services like UberX and Lyft, and can now work legally within city limits. The services were banned in the city last week due to the temporary authorization expiring. The raise of the ban means that the Philadelphia Parking Authority cannot punish any mobile service drivers or their companies. Uber stated that it celebrates the commonwealth's decision, and hopes that state lawmakers will enact a permanent legislation.

A water main break that happened Sunday night along Montgomery Avenue in North Philadelphia has shut down between 15th and Broad Street. Officials said that an 8-inch water main broke on the street, which caused crews to shut down the water. No one on the street lost any access to water, and no buildings or infrastructure were damaged in the main break. Officials say that crews will start to repair the roads on Monday or Tuesday.

Sports

The Detroit Lions beat the Eagles Sunday afternoon 24-23.

Weather
