Authorities have discovered the speed limit of the New Jersey Transit train that crashed into the Hoboken Station last week that left one woman dead and hundreds injured. The train was traveling at a speed of 8 mph then sped up for about 30 seconds before reaching 21 mph, which is double the speed limit for entering a station. Investigators also say that the engineer hit the emergency brake less than one second before the crash. The final report on what caused the crash could take more than a year to complete.

Two people were injured during a motorcycle crash on the Pennsylvania Turnpike this afternoon In King of Prussia. The crash happened on the westbound lanes near the Valley Forge interchange. Police say the motorcycle crashed into an unoccupied state trooper cruiser. The man and woman on the motorcycle suffered serious injuries that required them to be taken away by medical helicopter. While crews investigated the crash, and cleaned up the wreckage, the westbound lanes were closed causing major delays.

Police are searching for a suspect who robbed a bank Thursday afternoon in the Olney section of Philadelphia. The robbery took place at the PNC Bank on 401 West Tabor Road just before 3 pm. Police say the man walked into the bank and announced he was robbing the place. The suspect was able to get away with an unknown amount of money. Police are still on the search for the suspect and are checking to see if he has been involved in other local robberies.
