US swimmer Ryan Lochte has begun to feel the fallout from the controversy in Rio involving a late night incident at a gas station. Speedo announced today that they will be ending its longtime sponsorship of Lochte. The company said in a statement, "While we have enjoyed a winning relationship with Ryan for over a decade and he has been an important member of the Speedo team, we cannot condone behavior that is counter to the values this brand has long stood for." They will be donating $50,000 to Save the Children to benefit children in Brazil. Ralph Lauren also announced that it will not be renewing an endorsement agreement with the swimmer following the Olympics. The agreement was specifically for the Rio 2016 games.

A New Jersey man has been arrested and charged in the fatal beating of his girlfriend's toddler over the weekend. 24-year-old Zachary Trioche is charged with first-degree murder of a 2-year-old boy. An arraignment is scheduled for Tuesday afternoon.

Philadelphia Police are looking for a suspect wanted in connection to a stabbing in an Old City restaurant over the weekend. It happened just before 2 a.m. on Saturday morning inside Bleu Martini near 2nd and Market Streets. 33-year old Andrew Hazelton from Blackwood, NJ, was sitting at one table when an argument broke out with another table.
