The Donald Trump campaign on Tuesday denied allegations that his wife, Melania Trump plagiarized a Michelle Obama speech. Mrs. Trump keynoted the first night of the Republican National Convention in Cleveland last night. Side-by-side comparisons of the transcripts show some of the text in Trump's address follow, nearly to the word, Mrs. Obama's from the first night of the Democratic convention in Denver nearly eight years ago. Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort calls the accusation "just really absurd. To think that she would do something like that knowing how scrutinized her speech was going to be last night is just really absurd." Watch video of the comparison of Michele Obama's speech in 2008 and Melania Trump's speech last night:

A 21-year-old woman is in critical condition after authorities say she was rescued out of the water near a jetty in Atlantic City. Emergency crews received a report of a woman drowning at the Rhode Island Avenue beach at about 6:10 p.m. Monday. Lifeguards went off-duty 10 minutes earlier. Rescue teams were deployed on jet skis and found the woman unconscious after 10 minutes of searching. Officials say crews brought her to shore and performed CPR before she was taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center. Evans says the woman's sister broke her leg when she ran on the jetty to look for the victim. He says lifeguards went off duty at 6 p.m. and the beach was unguarded at the time of the incident.

Authorities say a 20-year-old New Jersey man reported missing following a Pennsylvania music festival has been found alive in a swamp, buried up to his waist in water and mud. Scranton police say Collin Burns was alert when he was found around 4:30 p.m. Monday. The Hillsdale, New Jersey, man was pulled from the swamp and taken to a hospital for evaluation. Burns was reported missing on Sunday following the Camp Bisco Music Festival on Montage Mountain in Scranton. It wasn't immediately clear how Burns ended up in the swamp.
