A photo of a Pennsylvania woman has gone viral. The shot taken during Black Lives Matter protests in Baton Rouge show two heavily armored police approaching Iesha Evans, an African American woman, as she stands all alone, her dress blowing in the breeze. Ieshia Evans from Scranton is a 28 year old licensed practical nurse and mother of a 5-year-old boy. The photo was shot by Jonathan Bachman.

Police say one of three teenage boys shot while leaving a community league basketball game in Southwest Philadelphia has died. The 15-year-old was shot in the face and was pronounced dead early Tuesday. Gunfire broke out around 10pm Monday as the boys were walking from a playground after a game around Edgewood and Baltimore, and they were deliberately targeted, but police don’t know why. They say a 14-year-old in the group was shot in the arm, and a 16-year-old was shot in the ankle. Authorities say they're both listed in stable condition. The victims have not been identified.

Investigators are questioning two people spotted atop a prestigious Center City hotel with smoke bombs and camera equipment. Police were called to the Hyatt at the Bellevue Hotel on Broad Street at about 7pm Monday night, along with the bomb squad and Homeland Security. They arrived to find an unidentified man and woman -- both are Chinese nationals -- on the roof of the hotel with smoke bombs and camera equipment. No injuries were reported and not even hotel guests have access to the roof. The two were taken into custody. No charges have been filed and there were no evacuations. Authorities left after about ten hours, at 4:30am. The incident comes less than two weeks before the Democratic National Convention and remains under investigation.
