Neighbors called authorities to a Bucks County home where a man is accused of sexually assaulting a teenager whose parents say they gave her to him when she was 14. The young girls were seen outside the house with boarded windows and high weeds. On Thursday officials found 51-year-old Lee Kaplan in the home along with the girls, ranging in age from six months to 18 years. The 18-year-old told police that she and Kaplan have a 3-year-old and a six-month-old. Kaplan faces multiple charges including statutory sexual assault, unlawful contact with a minor, and aggravated indecent assault.

Vandals flattened tires on at least 50 vehicles at three Warminster businesses over the weekend. At least 170 tires were slashed. The Lafferty Chevrolet dealership on Street Road may have been the hardest hit. There are at least two surveillance cameras outside. Investigators are reviewing the video.

Residents on Grosbeak Place, a quiet cul-de-sac in Southwest Philadelphia, are concerned for their homes structural integrity. The ground underneath the homes is settling and walls are cracking. 285 homes were built on unstable silt dredged from the Schuylkill River. Residents are now asking that the city buy them out, something that the Kenney administration is not yet considering.
