A vigil is scheduled for tonight in Evesham Township for singer Christina Grimmie, the 22 year old South Jersey native gunned down Friday night after a concert in Orlando. Grimmie, who gained national recognition after her third-place finish on NBC's The Voice in 2014, grew up in the Marlton section of the township. Investigators are trying to determine a motive. Grimmie was shot while signing autographs and died early Saturday morning at a nearby hospital. The shooter, Kevin James Loibl (pictured) also killed himself. The vigil will begin at 8:45 p.m. at Evesham's memorial complex, 1004 Tuckerton Rd., Mayor Randy Brown posted Sunday on Facebook.

A vigil is scheduled for Philadelphia's City Hall, tonight at 6:30, in memory of the victims of the Orlando shooting. Reportedly, two of the victims killed at the gay nightclub, Pulse this weekend were from Philadelphia. As a result of the shooting, police say they've beefed up patrols throughout the city here.

Today SEPTA is rolling out what it calls "the future of fare payment." The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority is starting with the "early Adopter" program. Up to 10,000 riders will get SEPTA Key cards that will work on subways, buses, trolleys, and eventually regional rail and paratransit.

The Phillies are in Toronto tonight with the Blue Jays.
