A small blimp made an emergency landing during the evening rush hour in a construction site right next to I-95 in Fishtown on Friday. The 2-man dirigible was having engine trouble and was forced to the ground on the 1900 block of Richmond Street just after 6:45 p.m. No one was injured. The Federal Aviation Administration and the National Transportation Safety Board were notified of the incident.

There were two separate incidents of indecent exposure on the Schuylkill River Trail on Saturday. The first was around 7:30 a.m. A 33-year-old man riding a bike came across another man lying in the middle of the trail exposed and engaged in a lewd act. Police were called and 34-year-old Salin Smalley was charged with indecent exposure, open lewdness and harassment. The second incident happened around 7:45 a.m. A female jogger saw a man with his pants down also performing a lewd act. Police are trying to track him down. He's described as a Hispanic male in his late 30's or early 40's, with a stocky build. The Schuylkill River Trail Watch initiative was started last month and is looking for volunteers to make the trail safer. The next meeting and training sessions is on Wednesday at City Hall.

Three people were shot Saturday night in Chester, Delaware County. It happened around 8 p.m. on the 1100 block of Pine Lane. A 14-year-old boy was killed. A 16-year-old boy and a 32-year-old woman were also struck. They were taken to Crozer-Chester Medical Center. The boy is in critical condition while the woman is in stable condition. Police are still investigating.
