A 7-week-old baby girl has succumbed to her injuries a week after an already deadly car crash in East Falls. Zyana Wilson-Perez was pronounced dead Thursday evening at St. Christopher’s Hospital. She was riding inside a car seat in the back of a Mazda 6 when it crashed into another car on Sunday, May 1st along Henry Ave. The seat may not have been properly secured. Three adults and three other children were riding in the same car. None were wearing seatbelts. A 6-year-old and a 20-year-old also died. Police say that weather played a factor.

A man has been arrested in connection with a deadly shooting outside of a funeral home in Camden. 22-year-old Jonathan Vazquez was shot and killed outside of the May Funeral Home located at 4th and Chestnut Streets around 7 p.m. Thursday. He was waiting to go inside for his grandmother's viewing. Vazquez was shot 8-10 times in his head and torso and was pronounced dead at the scene. 31-year-old Victor Rodriguez has been arrested as an accomplice in the murder. He is being held in the Camden County jail on $1,000,000 bail. The investigation is still ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 856-365-3279 or 856-757-7420.

The winning Powerball ticket from Saturday night's drawing was bought in a 7-Eleven store in Trenton, New Jersey. Officials say that only one ticket matched all 6 numbers: 5-25-26-44-66 and the Powerball number 9. The winner has not yet come forward. They did pick their own numbers when buying the ticket at the 7-Eleven on the 700 block of Chambers Street in Trenton. The jackpot is worth $430 million annuity or a $284.1 million cash payout, making it the biggest jackpot in New Jersey history. The store will receive $30,000 for selling the winning ticket.
