Explosions caused by suicide bombers rocked the Brussels airport and subway system this morning, prompting a lockdown of the Belgian capital and heightened security across Europe. At least 28 people were reported dead. A spokesman for the Brussels Metro said 15 people were killed and 55 injured in an explosion on a train, and Belgian media reported at least 13 dead in two explosions at the airport, with many others injured.

The Delaware Division of Public Health (DPH) announced the state's second and third Zika cases, bringing the total number of Delaware cases to three. According to the DPH, three cases are travel-related and the result of a mosquito bite during visits to the countries where Zika is widespread. In the second case, an adult male was tested after showing symptoms of the disease from a January 2016 trip. In the third case, an adult female also showed symptoms of the disease following a late February-early March trip. Pregnancy is not an issue. Both cases were mild and risk of infection to others is extremely low.

A Drexel Hill couple are facing criminal charges after police busted a weekend house party brimming with several hundred teenagers and alcohol. Abdul Ahmaddiya, 54, and Nichelle Davis-Ahmaddiya, 45, were charged with corruption of minors and furnishing alcohol. Nearly 300 teenagers were partying Saturday night at their home on the 3900 block of Mary Street, Upper Darby Police Superintendent Mike Chitwood said Monday. Police also cited a 17-year-old girl who lives in the house for alleged consumption and possession of alcohol. Chitwood said the girl is believed to be their daughter.
