Police have arrested a woman who stole money from St. Martha's Parish School book fair in the Mayfair section of Philadelphia. 29-year-old Sarah Higgins was arrested on Sunday morning after she was found to be the woman in the surveillance footage of the robbery that took place in February. Higgins stole a lock box that had about $1000 in it. She is now charged with burglary, criminal trespass, as well as many other charges.

Yesterday marked a big step between the U.S. and Cuba. President Obama met with Cuban President Raul Castro at the Cuban presidential palace in Havana. The two leaders discussed their differences on human rights and democracy, but both pledged to put the past behind them and work on a new path forward for the two countries.

The Atlantic City Mayor announced yesterday that AC's city hall will be closing in April due to "financial circumstances" The mayor said that he anticipates the city hall to be closed from April 8th at 4:30 pm to at least Monday May 2nd, which is when the next payment of the quarterly taxes is to come in. The mayor stated that all non-essential services will be ended as of April 8th, and although the employees will not be paid, their health benefits will still be available for this time.
