Rosie's Daughter Found; Main Line Eatery Closed for Roach Infestation; Wolf Asks for Charter Cuts

Rosie O'Donnell's 17-year-old daughter Chelsea has been found safe. Chelsea left their New York home with their therapy dog last week with no word where she was headed and was reported missing. Police say officers located Chelsea around 6:00 p.m. Tuesday on Long Beach Island at a residence on Village Drive in Barnegat Light. She was reportedly not taking needed medication. Rosie tweeted a thank you message to followers.

A popular Chinese restaurant on the Main Line was forced to close temporarily because of roach infestation. Yangming in Radnor Township, considered one of the best in the country, had to close its doors after a customer complained to health officials when she found a roach in her food. Authorities inspected and found roaches up to 2 inches long in the kitchen. Its last inspection was in 2013, and Yangming must pass a reinspection before it can reopen.

PA Governor Tom Wolf is urging a Delaware County Court judge to drastically cut how much the financially troubled Chester Upland School District pays charter schools for special-education students and online learning. Wolf said the district's survival could hinge on cuts in charter reimbursements, an estimated $24.7 million in the 2015-16 school year. Wolf is hoping for major changes in charter-school funding across Pennsylvania, which would have major ramifications for other districts, most notably Philadelphia.
