Police in Middletown Township, Bucks County are investigating after a thief stole dozens of bras from a lingerie store over the weekend. Authorities say that a women was seen on surveillance video browsing the Victoria's Secret store inside the Oxford Valley Mall for about an hour on Saturday. When she left she had some how managed to conceal and leave with 86 bras. The garments are worth a total of $4,600. An image of the suspect has been released. If you recognize her you should contact Middletown Township Police.

AT&T and Verizon Wireless are already busy upgrading cellular service along the Ben Franklin Parkway ahead of Pope Francis' visit in September. The two companies have put in $45 million in both temporary and permanent cell capacity upgrades to handle the anticipated million+ attendees of the Papal weekend events. They will be bringing in portable temporary cell towers called COWS ( Cells on Wheels ) but will also be building out permanent infrastructure with a distributed antenna system along the Parkway that will remain after the Pope's visit. They studied usage around other large events such as the 4th of July and New Year's Eve in Times Square. They anticipate quadrupling capacity.

Phillies General Manager Ruben Amaro Jr. said Tuesday that veteran 2B Chase Utley is very likely going to be a Phillie at the end of the year. He has cleared waivers and several teams including the San Francisco Giants, Chicago Cubs, and Los Angeles Dodgers have reportedly expressed interest in acquiring him. Any deal must be done before August 31st for him to be eligible for the post season roster. But Utley does have a full no-trade clause in his contract. Amaro said that he doesn't think Utley has a desire to leave Philly and that the Phillies don't have a desire to move him, but they are being open-minded. Since returning from the disabled list earlier this month, Utley has proven to still be a force at the plate.
