Main Line Woman Busted Selling Heroin; Pope's Popularity Falls; Mail Carrier Arrested

A 61 year old Main Line woman has been arrested for dealing heroin. After four months of undercover work, police busted Lynne Twaddle of Pugh Road in the Wayne section of Tredyffrin Township. Undercover cops bought heroin from Twaddle from her home and in the raid recovered 250 baggies of heroin. Twaddle's home is across the street from New Eagle Elementary School.

As Philadelphia prepares for the arrival of Pope Francis, the findings in a new survey show the Pope’s popularity has declined. According to the Gallup poll 59% of Americans say they have a favorable view of the Pope, compared to 76% in February 2014. The decline is driven primarily by political conservatives and Roman Catholics.

A Philadelphia mail carrier was arrested after Federal investigators found undelivered mail in his car and home. Forty eight year old Patrick D’Ambrosio kept about 22,500 pieces of mail from their intended recipients in the Tacony section between May 2014 and January 2015. The pieces of mail included letters, political mailings, periodicals and small parcels.
