SEPTA announced today that they will not resume selling the special Regional Rail passes for the upcoming visit by Pope Francis for the remainder of this week. The system set up to take orders for the special Papal Passes was overwhelmed with traffic on Monday morning and had to be shut down shortly after it was launched. SEPTA officials are working on fixing the system and consulting with IT experts on the best options to make those tickets available for those planning to travel by train to see the Pope and others who need the train to commute around the city. In a statement they said that 54,000 customers visited the site in the first minute the site launched. SEPTA expects the 350,000 one day tickets, thats 175,000 for each day Saturday and Sunday, will go quickly once they become available again. Two New Jersey State Trooper vehicles were hit by lightning this afternoon with the troopers still sitting inside. It happened around 2:13 p.m. on the Garden State Parkway in Middle Township, Cape May County. The two troopers were each sitting inside their cruisers parked at a construction site at mile marker 10.9 when a storm cell passed over. Both vehicles were hit by lightening. Neither trooper was seriously hurt, but one was taken to Atlantic Care Regional Medical Center in Pomona for observation. Their identities have not been released.

A Chester County DJ facing over 300 felony counts including sexual assault, possession of child pornography and drug delivery has been arrested again after similar accusations have surfaced from a new victim. 28-year-old Daniel Milowicki was arrested and charged in April after being accused by a 21-year-old model that he took advantage of her during a photo shoot. A subsequent search of his home turned up numerous videos and images of underage girls. Milowicki's work as a DJ and photographer put him in a position at schools dances, birthday parties, and other events that gave him access to the minors. After his public arrest another woman has now came forward and says that he lured her to his home with the promise of a modeling job and photo shoot, but forced her to do sex acts and video taped it. Milowicki is now facing more charges including rape, aggravated indecent assault, and involuntary deviate sexual intercourse. His bail has been set at $250,000 unsecured with a monitoring device. If you have any more information call State Police at 610-486-6280. SEE ALSO: Chester County DJ Arrested – 4/8/15
