According to documents obtained by the AP, Bill Cosby testified in a 2005 deposition to obtaining Quaaludes to give to women he wanted to have sex with. (see the documents below) He admitted to giving them to at least one woman. The documents were unsealed on Monday after the Associated Press went to court to have them unsealed. 77-year-old Cosby was testifying in a lawsuit filed by a Temple University employee. That lawsuit was settled in 2006 for undisclosed terms. More than two dozen women have publicly accused the comedian of sexual misconduct dating back decades. He has never been charged and the statute of limitations has past on most of those allegations.

Officials confirm that a body found in a South Jersey inlet is that of a Pennsylvania teenager that went missing while swimming last week. The body of the 16-year-old boy from Lansdale was found by a passerby in the Hereford inlet in North Wildwood. The boy vanished on June 30 as he struggled in the current. Two Wildwood Police officers tried to save him and suffered minor injuries after jumping off a sea wall in their attempt.

The South Carolina Senate voted 37-3 on Monday to remove the Confederate flag flying over the Confederate Monument on the South Carolina State House grounds. The bill now moves to the House on Tuesday where it needs a two thirds majority to pass. Gov. Nikki Haley is expected to sign it. The flag had flown on the Capitol dome since the sixties, before being moved a flag pole next to the Confederate memorial honoring soldiers in 2000.

A 4-alarm fire broke out late this afternoon in Upper Darby on 69th Street across the street from the Tower Theater. The fire broke out in the Payless shoe store on the unit block around 5:45 p.m. It quickly went to three alarms by 6:13 p.m. The building was evacuated and there are no reported injuries.

Tonight,
Mostly Cloudy, chance of a thunderstorm, temperatures in the low 80s/upper 70s
