Authorities say an employee at a recycling plant in Camden, New Jersey, found a fetus Thursday afternoon. According to authorities, officers responded to ReCommunity Camden, a recycling plant on Mount Ephraim Avenue, after an employee discovered a deceased fetus on a conveyor belt at around 3 p.m. yesterday. The Camden County Prosecutor's office and Camden County Police Department are investigating.

A Chinese food delivery man was shot and killed near the Hill Creek Apartments in the Northeast last night. Police say the 49-year-old victim had just completed a delivery when he was shot. The man tried to drive away in his car, but crashed just a few blocks later. Police found 12 spent shell casings and broken glass from the driver side window. Police are trying to determine who made the call for a delivery.

A SEPTA bus burst into flames early this morning in South Philadelphia. The Broad Street Night Owl bus was on layover at Broad and Pattison Streets when the fire broke out about 1:15 a.m. No one was on the bus at the time. The fire was so hot it melted a utility pole, which fell on the bus. Firefighters put out the blaze and the charred bus was taken to a SEPTA yard, where mechanics and investigators will seek to determine how the fire started.
