MontCo Man Records Secret Videos; Mayfair Store Owner Robbed/Stabbed; Black Madam Trial Postponed

A Montgomery County man is under arrest and charged with secretly recording women and girls and posting the videos online. 37-year-old Sean Moses of Penn Valley has been charged with over 80 counts of invasion of privacy and one count of child pornography. The investigation began last September when two female Villanova students reported someone using a cell phone to tape them undressing through the window of their Bryn Mawr apartment. Radnor detectives found the video online and traced it back to Moses. After searching his home they found a trove of other videos on two computers and three cell phones. Many of those were taken at stores at the King of Prussia mall where he would record women in adjacent unisex dressing rooms. He is also accused of secretly recording past romantic partners, girls at the boardwalk/beach, and was even banned from Villanova University 13 years ago for filming women at the pool. He is being held in lieu of $500,000 bail.

The owner of a store was stabbed in the face during a robbery in Northeast Philadelphia on Monday morning. It happened around 11 a.m. at the We Buy Gold store on the 8000 block of Frankford Avenue in the Mayfair neighborhood. The suspect made off with $1,000 cash. The 67-year-old victim was rushed to Aria-Torresdale Hospital and is in stable condition. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 5'5", wearing a black jacket, black tie and blue shirt. He drove off in a black GMC truck. Anyone with information should contact Philadelphia Police.

UPDATE: Police have made an arrest. Joshua Garner of Philadelphia is charged with robbery, aggravated assault, simple assault, theft and receiving stolen property.

The trial of Padge Victoria Windslowe, aka 'Black Madam', was postponed on Monday until at least Wednesday because the defendant is suffering from an unspecified illness. When the trial resumes, Windslowe will retake the witness stand and continue testifying in her own defense. She has claimed to have performed the procedure that killed a 20-year-old London dancer thousands of times for a variety of clients including many celebrities. People would seek out her services instead of those of a licensed medical professional because she is the "Michelangelo of butt injections." Windslowe learned her craft from a doctor in South America who performed her sex change operation and another doctor in Thailand. She uses industrial-grade silicone to inject into the person and seals it with crazy glue. Her victim died hours after the procedure after the silicone travelled to other parts of the body including the lungs and brain. She faces 20-40 years in prison if convicted of third-degree murder.
