Philadelphia Police are asking for the public's help in locating a Middle Bucks Institute of Technology teacher who was reported missing last Tuesday. Christopher Tully, 40 years old of South Philadelphia, has bi-polar disorder and went missing in the area of City Avenue near I-76. According to police, he has not taken his medication. Tully has been a multimedia teacher at the Middle Bucks Institute of Technology for 12 years.

After a messy morning commute, it could be a dismal drive home too. Icy conditions forced cancellation or delays at many schools around the Philadelphia area. The wintry mix is changing to all rain during midday, but could get slick again mixing with snow or sleet before it ends tonight.

A five year old by fell from a ski lift at Spring Mountain Adventures in Schwenksville Saturday night. The boy was riding the chair lift by himself when he fell 30 feet to the slope below. The boy was wearing a helmet and did not lose consciousness, but ski patrol reported a face laceration and a leg injury before he was transported to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Spring Mountain owners say it is the parents’ decision to let small children ride ski lifts alone.
