Philadelphia Police are searching for two thieves who stole a package from the front step of a home in Northeast Philadelphia earlier this month. It happened around 2:30 p.m. on December 1st on the 1900 block of Tustin Street in the city's Rhawnhurst section. Surveillance video from the home shows a black car drive by as the FedEx driver was dropping off the package. When the delivery van pulls away the car returns and parks in front of the house. A man described as white, 30-35 years old, 6'0" tall with brown hair wearing a dark blue jacket, blue jeans and dark colored shoes gets out of the passenger side and walks up to the house picking up the box. He returns to that car and they drive away. Anyone with information is urged to contact Philadelphia Police at 215.686.TIPS (8477) or text a tip to PPD TIP (773847).

The Chester County couple accused of torturing and beating a 3-year-old boy to death in Chester County last month appeared before in court today. 23-year-old Gary Fellenbaum and his girl friend Jillian Tait are accused of killing her son Scotty McMillan. He was beaten and whipped with various objects and taped up and hung upside down over a three day period as punishment for not eating his breakfast. Gary's estranged wife Amber Fellenbaum is also charged with child endangerment for not reporting the crimes. All three waived their right to a preliminary hearing. This all occurred last month in the mobile home they all shared in West Caln Township, PA. Arraignment is set for December 31st.

An apparent sex tape involving juveniles has been circulating among middle school students in Bristol Township. Bucks County District Attorney David Heckler has said that the video supposedly shows two minors ages 11-12 engaging in or simulating sexual acts and may be a case of incest. It is also not clear if the two caught on video knew they were being recorded. At this point authorities do not know the identities of the minors on the tape, but that is their top priority. The video was brought to their attention on Tuesday night when students attending a concert at Franklin D. Roosevelt Middle School were caught viewing and sharing the video on their phones. Numerous phones were confiscated that night. Under new PA sexting laws it is against the law for anyone under 18 to send nude images or videos.
