2013---A day after the 11th Annual Dylan Fest in NYC Bob Dylan receives France's highest cultural award, The Legion Of Honor in Paris. Dylan is praised for serving as an “inspiration to young prople.” In May 2012 Dylan received The Presidential Medal Of Freedom,the highest civilian award in the US.
