Eagles quarterback, Nick Foles, won't require surgery to fix his clavicle that was cracked during Sunday's game. The star player will have to be sidelined for at least 6-8 weeks in order for his hairline fracture to heal. Mark Sanchez will be taking over Foles' position while he recovers. LB DeMeco Ryans was placed on the injured reserve. His season may likely be over.

A Philadelphia pizza man, William Carrasquillo, pleaded guilty to abuse of a corpse and theft on Monday evening. The body of his mother was found in a freezer in their shared home. Carrasquillo was cashing his mother's Social Security checks for almost six months. He was sentenced to three years’ probation.

A female senior at Radnor High School allegedly made threats on Monday of recreating the Columbine incident. This student was deeply troubled and was charged with making terroristic threats. Officials found her personal journal, which explained the female's desire to "blow up the cafeteria and shoot everyone in classrooms." The senior is being psychologically assessed and helped.

The Sixers lost to Houston last night and the Flyers play the Oilers, tonight at 7.
