2011---Jon Bon Jovi's JBJ Soul Foundation opens The JBJ Soul Kitchen, a “pay-what-you-can,” restaurant in Red Bank NJ. There are no prices on the menu. You can earn a free meal by volunteering in the community or making a suggested donation for the meal. The restaurant continues to operate and is going strong.
