Today Sotheby's is auctioning a handwritten working draft of Bob Dylan's "Like A Rolling Stone" and it is expected to fetch up to $2 million. It is the only known surviving draft of the final lyrics of one of Dylan's most popular songs. The draft is written in pencil on four sheets of hotel stationery (pictured) with revisions, additions, notes and doodles including a hat, a bird and an animal with antlers. Dylan was 24 when he wrote the classic and the seller is an unidentified fan from California who bought the draft directly from Dylan.

Philadelphia Police have arrested a suspect in connection with the sexual assault of a 26 year old woman in the area of Rittenhouse Square early Saturday morning. The man was arrested at work at Broad and Christian after a raid on a property at 8th and Moore in South Philadelphia. Surveillance video captured the man approaching the woman on the street before forcing her into her apartment and raping her. The victim’s phone and the attacker’s bicycle were recovered linking the suspect to the sexual assault. 28-year-old Milton Mateo Garcia from Honduras has been charged with rape, robbery, burglary, kidnapping and related offenses. Police were able to track the victim's iPhone to Garcia's home before arresting him at work.

An encounter with a great white shark is keeping a few people out of the water on the Jersey shore. Fishermen on their 35 foot vessel shot video of the great white circling their boat near the “28 mile wreck” off the coast of Cape May on Saturday. The 16 foot shark is seen ripping their bait bucket from the boat. The sighting was over 20 miles off shore, but some beachgoers aren’t taking any chances.
