LOOSE ENDS

1970---Woodstock is released. The line up is truly one for the ages. From Crosby, Stills & Nash to Joe Cocker to Snantana to Jefferson Airplane to Richie Havens to the electrifying performance by Jimi Hendrix, this is one of the best live recordings of all time and a must for any collection. It was a number 1 album in 1970 and reached 10 again in 2009. Because it was a 3 record set and the goal was the listen to it uninterrupted, side 1 is backed by side 6, side 2 is backed by side 5 and side 3 by side 4.
