"Jackass" star, Ryan Dunn, 34, and his passenger, Zachary Hartwell, 30, were killed at 2:30 am Monday morning when his Porsche 911 GT3 crashed over a guardrail, flew 40 yards through the woods, slammed into a tree and exploded into flames. This happened along Rt. 322 in West Goshen, PA. The police report states, "Preliminary investigation revealed that speed may have been a contributing factor to the accident."

Ryan Dunn had been last seen at Barnaby's of America in West Chester. The manager reported that he did not seem drunk at the time he left, and others reported that he had been drinking but only a few drinks over a 4 hour span, "not too drunk to drive".

Dunn rose to fame along with other West Chester native, Bam Margera, and others through their outrageous stunt videos and movies (CKY, Jackass, Haggard, etc.) over the last 10+ years. Recently he cohosted a show on G4 network called "Proving Ground"

MTV released this statement via twitter, "We're deeply saddened by the passing of a member of the MTV family, Ryan Dunn. Our hearts and thoughts are with his friends and family.

West Goshen Police have determined through their accident-reconstruction team that Dunn's Porsche was traveling around 130 mph when it collided with the guardrail and left the road.

The medical examiner also released the autopsy reports, "It seems it was impossible to determine if the two died from the impact of the crash itself or from the fire that resulted."

It will take 4-6 weeks for toxicology results to be returned to determine what if any effect alcohol had in the crash.

Toxicology results released Wednesday showed Ryan Dunn had a blood alcohol level of 0.196, well over the state's limit of .08.
