Philadelphia Police have identified three suspects wanted for numerous pick pocket incidents in Center City. They are Timothy Mosley, James Black, Renza Sheaff also known as Tina Hainey. The trio first hit back in May 2013 when they stole a wallet from a female's hand bag and made more than $2,000 in purchases on her card. They hit several other times throughout the past few months, stealing wallets out of bags hanging on the backs of chairs and racking up the charges. The most recent incident happened on January 10 2014. These three suspects are known to police and have extensive criminal backgrounds. Police ask the public, if you see these suspects do not approach them but contact 911 immediately. (see photo below)

A reward has now been increased to $25,000 to catch a robbery suspect in a string of robberies at the same Wawa store in Northeast Philadelphia. The most recent robbery happened at 1:40 a.m. on January 13th at the store on the 6400 block of Bustleton Avenue. The man came into the store and announced a holdup. He demanded money from register and safe and fled on foot out the rear door. The suspect made off with cash and a carton of cigarettes. He was wearing an Old Navy, gray, hooded sweatshirt, jeans, work boots and had a black mask covering his face. He was also wearing gloves and had a dark-colored handgun. No one was hurt. The first robbery at this location happened in October. Anyone with information is asked to contact Philadelphia Police at 215-686-TIPS (8477), text a tip to PPD TIP (773847) or through PhillyPolice.com.

Two teens have been arrested and third is expected to surrender in connection to the beating of a teenager on Tuesday in the Castor section of the city. That beating was captured on video and posted to Facebook. The 13-year-old video shooter can be heard laughing while two other boys hit and kick the victim, a 14-year-old eighth-grader at Woodrow Wilson Middle School, to the ground. The victim did not report the incident, but when it appeared on Facebook the police were notified. A 15-year-old boy from Northeast High School was arrested and charged with simple assault. A 16-year-old boy is expected to turn himself in. The video shooter, a seventh-grader at Wilson, was also arrested.
