There is a warning from the Philadelphia office of the U.S. Secret Service to beware of counterfeit $100 bills circulating along the I-95 corridor. The print job is very good and detection markers may not even pick up the fake. To detect these new fake $100 bills, look for the number 77 printed on the back of the bill in the lower right above the denomination. These $100 bill series numbers are fake.

There are reports Pennsylvania Governor Corbett has named City Councilman Bill Green IV to chair the Philadelphia School Reform Commission. Green is an ambitious Democrat and son of former Mayor Bill Green. The younger Green will have to resign his City Council post to assume the position that has been vacant since former Chair Pedro Ramos stepped down last year.

The man who directed the lane closures backing up traffic to the GW bridge from Fort Lee, New Jersey says he will talk if he is granted immunity from prosecution. David Wildstein has already supplied the most damaging evidence showing Governor Christie’s aides were involved including the email from a top aide saying, “it’s time for some traffic problems in Fort Lee.”
