Monsignor William Lynn left state prison today on bail after his conviction on child endangerment was overturned in December by a PA superior Court. Lynn spent the past 18 months at a prison in Waymart in northeastern Pennsylvania. Philadelphia Sherriff's department will take him to Philadelphia to fit him with his electronic monitoring device. Lynn will will go before Common Pleas Judge Sarmina on Monday to go over the terms of his release.

Wilmington Police are investigating after a woman was found unresponsive in her home Thursday morning. A 61-year-old female was found at her home on the 100 block of Cambridge Drive in the Windsor Hills community. She had apparently been assaulted. The woman was transported to Christiana Hospital where she is listed in critical condition. Investigators are trying to determine what happened, whether or not it was a home invasion and possible suspects and motive. The woman's dark gray 2010 Lexus HS 250 with Delaware license plate 79381 is also missing. Anyone with information is asked to call New Castle County Police.

Bensalem Police responded to the Creekside Apartments on New Year's Eve for a report of gunshots and ended with the arrest of two convicted felons after a drug deal went bad. As police arrived several people told them they witnessed a man firing at a car that was fleeing the area. They told them which apartment the suspects were hiding inside. Eventually, two suspects surrendered to police and told their story. James Quinn arranged to buy drugs and became upset during the deal and decided to fire at the dealer's car. The other man, Joshua Lake, admitted to taking the gun from Quinn and firing more shots as the car left the parking lot. They have been charged with aggravated assault and other related offenses. They were sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $500,000/10 percent cash bail.

Winter Storm Warning is in effect for the Philadelphia area until 1 pm tomorrow. Expect Gusty Winds, Dangerously Low Temps, and Snow 4-7 inches.
