The Shops at Liberty Place played host to the annual Army-Navy Game pep rally. Hundreds of fans and servicemen from both academies crowded into shopping areas to root for their team. Cheerleaders and marching bands kept the excitement going. The game is scheduled for Saturday afternoon in South Philadelphia at Lincoln Financial field and unlike last Sunday when the Eagles played, the grounds crew is ready for the impending weather. Snow is expected to start around noon and change over to a mix later in the day and evening.

Police found $29,000 in cash and a variety of drugs inside a safe in a student's dorm on the campus of Rowan University. The police raided the Edgewood Apartments on the South Jersey university's campus on Thursday. They arrested 19-year-old Brian Taylor of Manchester. They found LSD, MDMA, marijuana and various drug paraphernalia inside the safe. Taylor is being charged with possession with intent to distribute the drugs. He is being held on $50,000 bail. Another student and two others were handed summonses for possession of under 50 grams of marijuana.

The third snowfall this week is coming tomorrow and the Philadelphia Streets department is out there looking at how you keep up your walkways. Philadelphia ordinance says you have to shovel your sidewalks no later than 6 hours after the snow ends. There are 75 officers on patrol and already handing out $50 fines to first offenders from earlier this week. Snow is expected to start around noon and change over to a mix later in the day and evening. Make sure to keep the public pathways clear and avoid any fines.

Tonight,
Mostly Cloudy, temperature near 30 this evening.

Tomorrow, Winter Storm Advisory
Snow, starting late AM.
