Philadelphia Police have arrested a suspect in connection with the death of man who was shot over his headphones. 19-year-old Arkel Garcia has been charged with murder, robbery and related offenses. Garcia is alleged to have shot 21-year-old Christian Massey on Nov. 30 in the city's Wynnefield section after demanding but being denied Massey's expensive new pair of Beats by Dre headphones. Massey was able to tell officers what had happened to him before he died. Garcia's arrest yesterday coincided with Massey's West Philadelphia funeral. Massey was a graduate of Marple Newtown High School.

The first man was wearing a black scarf covering his mouth and nose, with a black Nike hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and a tattoo of "AP" on his right hand. He was armed with a handgun. The second man was wearing a red or orange hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and black gloves.
