A retired Philadelphia judge was found dead this morning after a fire at his South Philadelphia home. The body of 86-year-old Anthony Defino was pulled from his house at 20th and Porter Streets. The fire started in the first floor before quickly moving to the second and third floor. Crews were called to the home around 7:00 am and hade the fire under control within a half hour but it was too late for the judge. There was one other person in the house at the time and she was able to make it out. Delfino served 19 years as a judge for the Court of Common Pleas before retiring in 2007. The cause of the fire is under investigation.

The weather this week may bring some travel hassles. It will start out on Monday morning still very cold but dry with winds also dieing down. High's in the 30's tomorrow. In the Philadelphia area on Tuesday, it will be rain arriving in the mid afternoon with a high of 44. The rain will get heavy overnight into Wednesday. Rain will stick around most of the day with a high of 46 and move out later Wed. Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, it's all clear, but cold with a high of 39.
