Cheltenham Township may have to tear down Cedarbrook Middle School and rebuild to fix a mold problem first discovered 10 years ago. For the safety of the children, many instructional spaces have been closed and 700 students may have to find another school while the decision is made to repair or replace the school. 10 of 19 classrooms including the cafeteria have been sealed off and closed due to the mold problem. The school is working to find alternate instructional space within the school itself. For more information : http://cheltenham.org/news.cfm?story=72678&school=0

A video has surfaced of two boys being beaten on a school bus, leading to criminal charges being filed against the attackers and the bus driver who did not stop even when the victim asked to get off. The incident, captured on video and posted on Facebook shows victim Dylan Fonner of Sharon Hill, being punched in the face on the bus for Delaware County Alternative High School last Wednesday.

Falls Township is hosting an anonymous gun buyback program. The township will pay up to $200 for assault rifles, $100 for handguns, and $50 for long guns. The guns must be operable. Trade your guns for cash Saturday at the Falls Township Municipal Complex 188 Lincoln Highway, Suite 105 from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm. Anyone with questions may call 215-949-9100, Ext. 305.
