Authorities say there is no problem at a Pennsylvania nuclear power plant after the sirens went off briefly. The sirens sounded at the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station on the Susquehanna River Tuesday morning in York County. The office of Emergency management said that there was no emergency and there is no reason to be alarmed. The two unit facility located about 50 miles south of Harrisburg near the Maryland border has 97 different sirens but only a few of them went off. Officials are looking into why they were tripped today.

A man who was shot at least eight times during a robbery attempt at LOVE Park has died. It happened early Tuesday morning around 2:30 am when the victim and a few friends were taking photos at the landmark. Two suspects approached the group pulled out a gun and said they were there to rob them. The group ran away and made it to the stairwell at 15th and JFK when the suspect opened fire. The suspects then fled and remain on the loose. The man was transported to Hahnemann University Hospital. He died at 1:30 this afternoon. Detectives are looking at surveillance footage. There is no further information on the victim or his friends at this time.

UPDATE: The 38-year-old man who was shot was not a tourist taking photos but may have been involved with dealing drugs. He was hit once in the abdomen after being shot at eight times.

Police in Newark, Delaware have made more arrests in connection with a party that led to a riot on last Month. The party was hosted by residents of a home on the 400 block of South College Ave known as the Rugby House because it houses members of the University of Delaware Rugby Club. It was staged by a company called “I'm Smacked” which films raucous college parties across the country. Two residents of the house and an “I'm Smacked” photographer have already been arrested. Police have charged the following with disorderly conduct: 18-year-old Scott Crosby, 20-year-old Kyle Menchaca, 19-year-old Sean Pie, 19-year-old Mohammed Alam, and 22-year-old Jeffery Taviano. All are from Wilmington. They are still looking for 7 more who were captured on camera during the rampage.
