Will Tastykake Leave Philly?

Georgia based Flowers Foods Inc. has acquired Philadelphia's Tasty Baking for an estimated 34.3 million. Known across the South for products like Nature's Own bread and Mrs. Freshley's pies, the addition of Kandy Kakes and Butterscotch Krimpets seems like logical line extension through an already established distribution pipeline. What will happen to Phiadelphia's Tastykake employees? According to Flowers, everyone keeps their job. At least for now.
