Meteor Sighting in Philly / East Coast; Nutter PGW Sale Website; Chester Man tells Daughter to Fight

Meteor sightings have been reported tonight throughout the East Coast tonight from Florida to Massachusetts including many in Philadelphia and South Jersey. The largest of which touched of a storm of it's own on the Internet with people reporting seeing a large shooting star around 8:00 EDT. The meteor was described by many as being green and blue with a large tail, and it appeared to explode in the sky before it disappeared. Many smaller but spectacular meteors were also reported later in the evening, but not as shocking as that first one that Twitter buzzing. Mayor Nutter and his administration has created a website called www.exploringsale.com for anyone interested in the potential sale of the Philadelphia Gas Works. The site is setup for customers, employees, and businesses and contains frequently asked questions, studies, and media coverage. The adminstration is only in the process of hiring a broker who would search out companies interested in placing bids on PGW. Nutter said "we will sell PGW only if it makes sense for customers and taxpayers and if our most vulnerable citizens are protected."

A father in Chester is facing charges after telling his 12-year-old daughter to fight another 13-year-old girl. On Wednesday, 32-year-old David Howard Butler, brought his daughter to fight the 13-year-old because they were having an argument. During the fight he encouraged his daughter saying, 'Get her, don't stop, get her, don't stop, punch her, kick her.” according to the victim's mother. Butler faces a number of charges including Simple Assault, Corruption of Minors, Endangering the Welfare of Children and Recklessly Endangering another Person.
