Hackers Hit Celebrities, Nutter Pressured on Tax Deadbeats, No Pope Yet

Hackers have gathered personal information of 17 high profile celebrities including social security numbers, financial information, credit card numbers, mortgage amounts and unflattering photos. They all got posted on a website with the defunct Soviet Union suffix ".su" The victims included Michelle Obama, Joe Biden, Hilary Clinton, Sarah Palin, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Kim Kardashian, Beyonce, Paris Hilton, Ashton Kutcher, Donald Trump, Mel Gibson and Britney Spears. High ranking law enforcement officials were also targeted, including FBI Director Robert Mueller, US Attorney General Eric Holder and LAPD Chief Charlie Beck.

The pressure is on Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter to do a better job getting delinquent taxpayers to pay up on their property taxes. With a new appraisal system ready to hike the taxes of many who do pay, city leaders want more pressure on those who don’t pay. Nutter admits tax delinquency has been a major problem in Philadelphia for 40 years.

After a morning session in the Sistene Chapel and two rounds of voting, black smoke rose from the chimney in St Peter’s Square indicating there is still no new Pope. The 115 Cardinals are gathered for the Papal Conclave to elect a new Pope and need at least 77 votes for someone to be appointed to lead the world’s 1.5 billion Catholics. The Cardinals will vote 4 times a day until a new Pope is named.
