Philadelphia Judges Indicted, Body Found Matches Missing Bartender, Man Pulls Gun on SEPTA Driver

Indictments are being handed down today to former and current judges as well as other employees in the Philadelphia Traffic Court System. The indictments are related to ticket fixing and other inappropriate actions. Surrendering to the FBI today were three judges including former Judge Willie F. Singletary (pictured), who expects to be charged with fraud.

A woman's body matching the description of the missing bartender, Sarah Majoras was pulled from the Delaware and Raritan Canal yesterday afternoon near the spot where she was last seen. No immediate signs of foul play were found, however nothing has been ruled out and the investigation is continuing.

A Philadelphia man was taken into custody for pulling a gun on a SEPTA bus driver for missing his stop. Investigators say 20 year old Walter Thompson was on the #24 bus last week and threatened the driver with a gun after missing his stop. Thompson faces Aggravated Assault, Violation of the Firearms Act, Terroristic Threats and other charges.
