Police have arrested a man shown on surveillance video beating a woman and throwing her onto the tracks on Tuesday. They did not release the video until after they caught the attacker because they were afraid he would ditch the distinctive jacket he was wearing. The man took the womans cell phone and she was able to crawl back up onto the platform after the attack.

Philadelphia Police need help in the search for a 14 year old girl missing since Monday. Chelsea Ramsey-Jones never came home from Barry Elementary School in West Philly. She is 5 foot 6, and was last seen wearing a brown jacket with a fur collar. She has autism and suffers from cognitive impairment. Anyone with information is urged to call police. 215-686-3138.

Senator Bob Casey is ready to vote to ban assault weapons and large ammunition clips. And he is pushing for full funding of federal programs for local law enforcement. According to Casey, the quarter billion dollar cuts funded cops doing community policing, buy bullet proof vests and police assistance programs.
