Stormin' Norman Schwarzkopf Dies, Snow Coming to Philadelphia, Teenagers Arrested in Upper Darby Rap

Stormin' Norman Schwarzkopf, retired army general, has died. Schwarzkopf commanded U.S. troops in the early 90's and led the international coalition that drove Saddam Hussein's Iraqi forces out of Kuwait during the first Gulf War. Schwarzkopf died from complications associated with pneumonia in Tampa Florida. He was 78 years old.

The first measurable snow of the season is expected tomorrow in Philadelphia. A fast moving system is headed our way and will start Saturday morning and come down heavy at times. By midday Saturday, the storm is expected to be moving away leaving a total accumulation of 2 to 4 inches.

Three teenagers are under arrest after the brutal Christmas night rape of a 22 year old Delaware County woman. Upper Darby Police Superintendent, Michael Chitwood commented, "These guys were truly animals." They forced their way into her car and drove her around Philadelphia for 5 hours beating, raping and robbing her before dropping her in Upper Darby.
