Authorities confirmed that a Chester County man that skipped out on his probation has fled the country to Ireland, but they don't plan on chasing him down. 23 year old Sean O'Neill Jr. of Glen Mills has been in trouble with the law constantly since he was a juvenile. In 2006, O'Neill killed his best friend while playing with a gun during a night of drinking. He was 17 at the time and adjudicated in juvenile court. He was under court supervision until he turned 21 in May of 2010. Last November 2011, however, he crashed his car into an occupied house with a blood alcohol level of .258. He was sentenced to two to six months for the DUI and accident serving time this past summer. O'Neill was paroled in September and was outfitted with a SCRAM monitoring device. On October 30th he was caught consuming alcohol by the device and failed an in-person drug test for Ecstasy on November 1. He was told to report back on November 5th, but did not show and sometime afterwards he cut his device and disappeared. O'Neill was registered and taking classes at Temple this semester and seemed to be doing well. The probation violations would only have been a month or two jail stay, however he decided to run. He does come from a family familiar with crime. His sister is currently serving 5-10 years for a DUI in which she drove the wrong way on the Blue Route and killed another driver in a crash. His father was found guilty of citizenship, firearms and tax crimes and deported to Northern Ireland after serving 18 months in prison shortly after O'Neill Jr.'s manslaughter conviction. Prosecutors said that it is not cost-effective to have Sean extradited to the United States, but he will be arrested if he ever comes back.

Police are searching for a North Philadelphia man as a person of interest in the shooting death of a woman late Tuesday night. 27-year-old Rasheedah Blunt, of the 3500 block of Old York Road, was found shot, the victim of multiple gunshots. Neighbors heard a man and a woman arguing followed by gunshots and called 911. A neighbor also saw a man run from the apartment and drive off from the scene. They could not identify the man. Police are looking for 33-year-old Dominque Haynes who is Blunt's live-in boyfriend. He has lived there for about three months. No one has seen him since the incident and he did not show up to work today. Blunt’s six-year-old daughter and the three-year-old son of a friend whom she was watching were asleep in another bedroom and were not harmed. Anyone with information about Haynes' whereabouts is asked to call the homicide unit at 215-686-3334 or 911.

UPDATE 11/29 3pm: Police now have Dominque Haynes in custody and are questioning him.
