Jon Bon Jovi's 19 year old daughter, Stephanie Bongiovi, has been hospitalized. She was found in her dorm unresponsive after a heroin overdose. Bongiovi is attending Hamilton College in upstate New York. Investigators are also charging Stephanie Bongiovi and another student with possession of controlled substances. She is reportedly stable and recovering.

The Philly cop who was captured on camera punching a woman at the Philadelphia Puerto Rican Day festival will likely be charged with simple assault on Thursday. Jonathan Josey, a former highway patrolman, was dismissed from the department as a result of the incident.

Drexel University and its campus police are being sued by a crime suspect who was seriously injured during a pursuit last year. Walter Johnson was suspected of attempted burglary and during the chase, a campus police car pinned him against a wall. Johnson was confined to a wheelchair for months. The charges against him were dismissed.

Clear tonight. Down to 33 in Philadelphia.
