Jerry Sandusky's Victim #1 has revealed himself. Aaron Fisher, now 19 years old from Clinton County said that he hoped that by speaking publicly he would inspire other abuse victims to come forward. Fisher authored a book to be released next week, "Silent No More: Victim 1's Fight for Justice Against Jerry Sandusky." He'll appear on ABC's 20/20 tonight.

Mailman, Robert Rochester who was attacked by a vicious dog last Friday, has died. Rochester was collecting mail from a postal bin on Main Street in Stanton, Delaware when out of nowhere the German Shepard appeared and attacked. Rochester suffered bites on his legs, one arm and his stomach. Recovering at home, Rochester started having chest pains and died. The dog was shot by state police, but survived as in quarantine.

Testimony is underway today in the federal racketeering conspiracy trial of alleged mob boss, Joseph Ligambi and six others. Prosecutors say a 10 year investigation uncovered secretly recorded conversations and witness testimony that will be revealed in the trial. Ligambi is accused of taking over for Joey Merlino and making money through violence and threats. The defense argues his clients are the target of an over-zealous government.
