Minister Preaches Meek Mill Boycott, Fire in Northern Liberties, Wheelchair Hit and Run

Philadelphia rapper Meek Mill is taking some heat from a North Philly minister who says Meek Mill's "Amen" is blasphemous. The Reverend Jomo K. Johnson, who is about the same age as Meek Mill, grew up listening to the same music. But Johnson says Amen goes too far, thanking God for free-wheeling sex, violence and money. Johnson is encouraging a boycott of Meek Mill's music.

A four alarm fire in Northern Liberties last night left a firefighter injured. The four alarm blaze started in an abandoned warehouse at about 2:30 am just a few blocks from the Piazza at Schmidt's. The veteran firefighter suffered injuries from a fall and he is listed in serious condition at Hahnemann University Hospital.

Atlantic City Police have arrested a man suspected of hit and run after his car struck and killed a man in a wheelchair. The incident occurred last night near Pennsylvania Avenue and Route 30. The driver of the car left the scene and police found the car a few blocks away.
