The Pennsylvania SPCA is offering a $500 reward for information leading to the arrest of the person who doused a young pit bull with gasoline and then set it on fire. The dog, named Chloe, died about an hour after being taken to an animal hospital. Chloe was found Sunday on the 700 block of Gray Street in East Germantown, suffering from severe burns. Anyone with information, please call the Pennsylvania SPCA Anti-Cruelty Hotline at 866-601-7722 (SPCA).

Since his child endangerment conviction was handed down, Monsignor William J. Lynn has been at the Curran-Fromhold Correctional Facility in Northeast Philadelphia. Today, Lynn's lawyers are pitching a Philadelphia judge to grant Lynn bail, allowing him to resume his role as a monsignor of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and, at least temporarily, live at a relative's home instead of solitary confinement.

It’s back to work at the Connoco-Phillips refinery in Trainer this morning after a deal with Monroe Energy, a subsidiary of Delta Airlines was finalized. Delta will use the refinery to make its own jet fuel saving them $300-million a year. The move saves about 400 jobs for workers who were laid off when the refinery was closed in September. They hope to be making jet fuel by early next year.

Sports
Chase Utley will play tonight for the Iron Pigs in the Lehigh Valley.
The Phillies go for 2 in a row tonight at home with the Pittsburgh Pirates.

Weather
